Robert Half is currently looking for a Recruiting Manager to manage a small recruitment team while fulfilling full cycle recruitment/staffing needs for clients within various industries. Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and develop the team while ensuring metrics are met and processes are being adhered to and followed.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and ensure the team is building strong candidate pipelines and attracting top talent available on the market.
Develop strong rapport with hiring managers and clients and ensure that expectations and recruitment standards are being met for all open requisitions.
Manage full cycle recruitment for open requisitions and workload allocation to the team.
Lead internal recruitment meetings and run weekly metrics reports to create action plans.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment in the government, IT and healthcare space.
Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast pace environment.
Applicant tracking systems experience (ATS).
Results oriented, metric driven, and ability to support high volume staffing needs.
Strong communication both verbal and written with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strategic mindset with a proven track record for improving processes and business operations.
Strong level of confidentiality with the ability to exercise discretion.
