Robert Half is currently looking for a Recruiting Manager to manage a small recruitment team while fulfilling full cycle recruitment/staffing needs for clients within various industries. Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop the team while ensuring metrics are met and processes are being adhered to and followed.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and ensure the team is building strong candidate pipelines and attracting top talent available on the market.

  • Develop strong rapport with hiring managers and clients and ensure that expectations and recruitment standards are being met for all open requisitions.

  • Manage full cycle recruitment for open requisitions and workload allocation to the team.

  • Lead internal recruitment meetings and run weekly metrics reports to create action plans.

Requirements: Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

  • 5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment in the government, IT and healthcare space.

  • Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast pace environment.

  • Applicant tracking systems experience (ATS).

  • Results oriented, metric driven, and ability to support high volume staffing needs.

  • Strong communication both verbal and written with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record for improving processes and business operations.

  • Strong level of confidentiality with the ability to exercise discretion.
