Requirements: - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions, manufacturing industry experience, SAP, order entry, company liaison - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Email experience preferred - Microsoft Word experience - Proficiency in SAP - Solid understanding of order entry - Demonstrated knowledge of MS Outlook - Adeptness in Microsoft Excel - Data entry experience preferred - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - 2+ years of past relevant experience - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
